Etiquette and Policies

Everything we do is built on five things:

• Consent: always enthusiastic, always ongoing, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
• Respect: for every guest, their boundaries and our hosts.
• Inclusion: all genders, sexualities, body types and backgrounds are welcome (18+).
• Discretion: your privacy matters as much as your experience.
• Safety: trained hosts at every event, and a zero-tolerance approach to harm.

• No means no. Not now, maybe and silence also mean no.
• Always ask before touching anyone, every time.
• Harassment, pressure or discrimination of any kind will see you removed and your membership cancelled.
• No illegal drugs. Please drink responsibly; intoxicated guests will be asked to leave.
• Follow the directions of our hosts and venue staff at all times.

• Follow the dress code listed on each event. Making an effort is part of the magic.
• Approach people politely and accept a "no thank you" gracefully.
• Couples: talk about your boundaries before you arrive, and respect other couples' agreements.
• Personal hygiene matters. Freshen up and use the facilities provided.
• There is no obligation to participate in anything. Many guests come simply to socialise.

Who you see and what happens at our events stays there. Never share another guest's name, image or details, on or offline.

Your membership information is stored securely, used only to run our events and never sold or shared. Venue addresses are given to confirmed ticket holders only.

• Phones and cameras stay away in all event spaces.
• Taking photos or video of other guests is strictly prohibited and will result in removal.
• Any official photography happens only in a clearly marked area, and only with each person's explicit consent.

Do I need to be a member?
Yes. Tickets are available to approved members only. Membership is free; apply here.

Can singles attend?
Yes. Single women, single men and couples are all welcome, subject to approval and event balance.

Do I have to participate?
Never. There's no pressure. Come along, enjoy the atmosphere and go at your own pace.

Where are events held?
At private venues in Hawkes Bay. The address is sent to confirmed ticket holders before the event.
